Naomi is a founding Partner of the firm. She has over 12 years of experience as a legal practitioner and specializes in labour law, Human Resource management matters, Immigration matters, commercial transactions and property/conveyance law.

In 2022, the Middle East and African markets awarded her with an African Excellence Award as a leading Legal Mind in Labour Law (Uganda). She is the Head of the Labour, Human Resource and Immigration Law Functions of the firm.

She is currently the Treasurer of the East African Law Society and sits as Director and/or Company secretary for several Boards.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University-Kampala, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in Kampala. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Heriot-Watt, Edinburgh-Scotland.

Naomi is also a court-appointed Commissioner for oaths and a registered and practicing Insolvency practitioner and Liquidator. She is a member of the Employment Law Group of the IR Global Professional Network.
